Lori

[name_f]Do[/name_f] you think [name_f]Lori[/name_f] is ready for a comeback?
I know some people will find it dated, but to me it sounds sweet and definitely usable.

I think it’s usable. I’ve always quite liked it

It’s very dated to me, I don’t think it’s ready to make a comeback.

It’s very dated to me sorry.

I like [name_u]Laurie[/name_u], but the spelling of [name_f]Lori[/name_f] puts me off. Girl’s names ending with -i feel very juvenile to me, and it’s a past decade’s tryndee spelling. It should stay in the history bin with [name_u]Jodi[/name_u], [name_f]Cyndi[/name_f], and [name_f]Terri[/name_f]. Although as an honor middle name it would be fine.

I only know one, and she’s my age (25). I don’t think it’s ever been popular over here, so to me it feels perfectly usable.

I second what @katinka said. It never took off here those years ago like it did in the US so it feels perfectly usable to me. It depends on where you’re from I think.

I think the name [name_f]Lauren[/name_f] is a classic. While I prefer the full name, I think the nn spelled [name_u]Laurie[/name_u] is totally useable.

I actually really like it, I have always thought it was a cute name!
