Love Harper, but last name's a problem

So my husband and I have pretty much fallen in love with the name [name]Harper[/name] [name]Ryan[/name] for our little boy due in [name]June[/name].

There’s just one problem. Our last name is very close to and often mistaken for [name]Lee[/name], which makes the name choice for our little one very close to the famous author’s name [name]Harper[/name] [name]Lee[/name] (a female).

I’m also aware of the fact that, although unisex, [name]Harper[/name] is more popular name for girls these days.

So do I just ignore all of this and go ahead with name I love so much? Am I making future trouble for my little boy?

Other names we’ve considered are [name]August[/name] and [name]Arlo[/name], which would work well with his sister’s name, [name]Asha[/name].

I’m open to any other offbeat but easy going names. Thanks!

[name]Harper[/name] is certainly still a great choice for a boy, but it is exploding for girls…Also, if it is that close to [name]Harper[/name] [name]Lee[/name], I’d probably avoid. But keep in mind, I’m extremely name-picky

I actually do not usually like matching first letter names for sibs, but [name]August[/name] [name]Ryan[/name] with sister [name]Asha[/name] is handsome.

I love [name]Harper[/name] [name]Ryan[/name] I don’t think your last name makes it sound girly at all!
