Betty–I would be so thrilled to meet a little [name_f]Betty[/name_f]! It feels spunky & energetic & definitely ready for a comeback.
Eleanor–Gorgeous & classic & versatile, with tons of great nickname options (Nell is my favorite!).
Eva–Simple but sweet & strong. [name_f]My[/name_f] only hesitation is the pronunciation ambiguity.
Imogene–Bright & lively & just plain fun to say! I’d love to meet an [name_f]Imogene[/name_f]. I prefer this to [name_f]Imogen[/name_f], just slightly.
Sally–Ditto everything I said about Betty–Sally feels due for a revival!

Birdie–I don’t think I’d be brave enough to use it personally, but I would love to meet a [name_f]Birdie[/name_f]!
Clara–Not my personal favorite (I prefer Claire) but a really lovely name nonetheless.
Effie–Sweet & bubbly & underused!
Helena–A nice balance of elegant & down-to-earth. I prefer the huh-LAY-nuh pronunciation personally but don’t love the potential for pronunciation confusion.
Ingrid–Strong & bright & warm!
Theresa–Pretty & classic & definitely underused–I’d be pleasantly surprised to meet a little [name_f]Theresa[/name_f]!

(I don’t actively dislike any of these [except Theresa], but I don’t necessarily like them either - wouldn’t say “lose” per se because they’re definitely not bad names, but they are my least favourites from your list … if that made sense?)
