I love [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]. I find it a beautiful, soft, feminine name. It has always been a closet favorite of mine. But, man, it is high on that list, isn’t it?
The weird thing is though, I have two little kids and am around kids constantly at preschool, librarys, playgroups and I really am not hearing [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] much at all…I have one college friend with a 3yr old [name_f]Khloe[/name_f], and know one 1yr old [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] who lives 3 hours away. Maybe it’s more popular in grade school?
So, WDYT? Is [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] still usable? Can you think of a less common substitute?
also - do you think it goes nicely with [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_m]Grant[/name_m]?
I love [name_f]Chloe[/name_f], but I am biased because it’s my niece’s name. It’s also one of the top 2 names that I had picked out since I was 12 and made the mistake of telling my [name_m]SIL[/name_m]. She had twins. Used both of the names. I’m talking fn/mn combos. Let’s just say I learned my lesson about telling others my favorite names.
I’ve come back to [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] too. It is beautiful and would be great with [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_m]Grant[/name_m]. In looking for something more unique, I had fallen for [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] and [name_f]Clio[/name_f], both of which I still love. But it got me thinking about [name_f]Chloe[/name_f].
I think [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] or [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] would be great with [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_m]Grant[/name_m].
I also adore [name_f]Cleo[/name_f], but DH says it sounds like a TV Psychic!!! Maybe I can convince him to remove his associations…
I loved [name_f]Chloe[/name_f], but then 3 of my friends named their daughters [name_f]Chloe[/name_f].
I adore [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]. I know a 2 & 1/2 year old spitfire named [name_f]Chloe[/name_f], and i find pretty much everything about her, from her name to the fact that she’s a walking entity of sass, completely perfect.
Its currently #11 and was #9 the year she was born but i don’t know any other kids named [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]. Her older sister has a name in the 500-range and we’ve actually met two others with that same name, but no Chloes. And i live in the west US, so it’s not just [name_m]Vermont[/name_m] i guess
I don’t know any little [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]'s. I work with 8-10 year olds and I don’t remember the last time I had a [name_f]Chloe[/name_f], it’s been at least 4 years.
If you love it, use it!
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] is lovely! And I don’t know any. [name_m]Just[/name_m] please don’t spell it [name_f]Khloe[/name_f].
I have not met anyone named [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]. [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] is such a sweet, beautiful name. I have been wanting to add it to my list and then the Kardashian name pops into my head. I should not let that stop me.
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] is beautiful, there’s no shame in liking it. I think it works really well with [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_m]Grant[/name_m]!
I love [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]. I know of 1 [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] and she’s in high school, so I think it’s used by lots of generations. I’d use it. [name_f]Love[/name_f]!
