[name]Luca[/name], Lucah looks made up to me. Plus i can think of many names where people add “h” to make it more feminine. Lucah looks like an attempt to make a gorgeous, adorable boy name into a trendy girl name.
[name]Luca[/name], because I prefer uncomplicated and traditional spellings. The “h” is very unnecessary.

[name]Luca[/name]! The “h” just makes it look weird and makes me want to unnecessarily stress the ending of the name.
It’s Italian so it’s [name]Luca[/name]. A random “h” tacked on the end is NOT required.
