What do you think of [name]Lucia[/name] [name]Clementine[/name] (lulu/[name]Lucy[/name]) as sister for [name]Matilda[/name] name ? I know [name]Lucia[/name] and [name]Matilda[/name] aren’t necessarily a match made in heaven but do you think the middle names and nicknames pull them together enough to be sisters or are they still too at odds with each other? should i stick with clunky vintage names like [name]Pearl[/name], [name]Olive[/name], [name]Rosamund[/name] or [name]Harriet[/name] or another name of German origin with that same clunky solid feel like Greta, Ottilie or Heidi for [name]Matilda[/name]'s sibling? Or can i get away with a name as elegant as Lucia?
I think [name]Lucia[/name] is a really nice name that goes well with sister [name]Matilda[/name]. They have a similar feel to them. The other names you mentioned just don’t compare to [name]Lucia[/name].
[name]Lucia[/name] and [name]Matilda[/name] go fine together! They don’t sound ill-matched at all.
I’m not too keen on [name]Matilda[/name] and [name]Lucia[/name] as a pair, to be honest. I much prefer [name]Matilda[/name] and [name]Lucy[/name] - very cute! Out of your other choices, I like [name]Olive[/name], [name]Harriet[/name] and [name]Heidi[/name].
I think [name]Matilda[/name] and [name]Lucia[/name] are fine together. I’d actually change the mn so that it isn’t so matchy.
I think [name]Lucy[/name] and [name]Tilda[/name] sound just fine together. I personally like [name]Harriet[/name] [name]Rosamund[/name] nn [name]Hattie[/name]. [name]Hattie[/name] and [name]Tilda[/name] is adorable.
I agree that [name]Lucia[/name] is fine with [name]Matilda[/name]. [name]Lucia[/name]'s more Spanish/Italian, and [name]Matilda[/name]'s more [name]German[/name], and [name]Matilda[/name] and [name]Lucille[/name] might be a better match, but if [name]Lucia[/name]'s what you love, I think it’s fine. [name]Tilly[/name] and [name]Lucy[/name] are really cute together.
I happen to love [name]Olive[/name] and [name]Rosamund[/name], too, and I would love to meet sisters [name]Matilda[/name] and [name]Olive[/name]/[name]Tilly[/name] and [name]Liv[/name], but I see nothing wrong with using [name]Lucia[/name].
Thanks guys…thats somewhat reassuring though I guess i’m really seeking to create a sibset that sounds amazing together not just ‘fine’ which is why i’m hesitant to use [name]Lucia[/name] even though its a beautiful name. I do love the other names I mentioned too but I don’t think I love any of them enough to use unless I have 10 daughters which is unlikely Particularly like [name]Olive[/name] nn [name]Liv[/name] and I can definately see the appeal of [name]Harriet[/name] nn [name]Hattie[/name]…Its so spunky and on the right little girl it would be perfect!! [name]Harriet[/name] [name]Rosemund[/name] is a gorgeous combo though I would use [name]Harriet[/name] [name]Clementine[/name] I think! [name]Harriet[/name] [name]Pearl[/name] is also pretty. [name]Heidi[/name] is also another name I could definately use if I found the right combo. I think [name]Heidi[/name] [name]Clementine[/name] is a bit TOO sunny? or is it on the right side of sunny spunk?
