I prefer [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] by a slight margin! [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] is lovely too, but I only like the loo-see-uh pronunciation. [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f] is gorgeous :slight_smile:

I think that they’re both lovely. I give the slight nod to [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] though. I just think that it’s more versatile. It’s spunky & sweet & bookish & charming. [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] feels a bit more dramatic. The other reason that I prefer [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] is that [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] has three different pronunciations. Getting people to always do the one that you prefer sounds like a headache. [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] still has the nns of [name_u]Lou[/name_u] & [name_f]Lulu[/name_f] too. And [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]. I prefer [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f] from your list, but actually would choose [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] if I’m allowed to mix & match.

I absolutely love both!! [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] is more spunky and straightforward but I love the grace of [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] and the loo-see-uh and loo-shuh pronunciations! [name_f]My[/name_f] favorites of your combos are [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f] and [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f], though I’d probably go for [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] [name_f]Ellen[/name_f] and [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]!

Oh, both are gorgeous! They give me pretty different vibes–Eloise feels spunky and energetic and warm, and [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] is lovely and magical and bright–but I love both. I think I’d be more likely to use [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] personally, but I’d be equally excited to meet a [name_f]Lucia[/name_f]. I also love [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], it’s pretty perfect! so sweet and spunky!
