I slightly prefer [name_f]Luciana[/name_f], but it also depends on what you want out of [name_f]Lucia[/name_f]. Would you be pronouncing it lucy-a, or lu-sha?

Part of the reason I picked [name_f]Luciana[/name_f] was that it only has one one to be said. Also, I prefer names with more syllables.
