I prefer [name_f]Luciana[/name_f]. It’s beautiful and I like the International vibe. Also agree with @janeybaby that [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] feels overdone because of all the Lilys and Lillians.

Definitely [name_f]Liliana[/name_f]. I love [name_f]Lucia[/name_f], but [name_f]Luciana[/name_f] sounds very old fashioned, which is fine but nms.
