Out of the two I prefer [name_f]Lucille[/name_f]. In general my favorite [name_u]Luce[/name_u] name is [name_f]Lucinda[/name_f].

I like them both ! That is a hard one. Are the meanings the same? You would think that [name_f]Luciana[/name_f] would be a combination of [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and [name_f]Ana[/name_f]. Sometimes the meanings can help you decide. [name_f]Luciana[/name_f] seems more frilly and feminine and [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] is lovely as well but seems to be more grounded. [name_m]Just[/name_m] depends what you are going for.

[name_f]Lucille[/name_f] by a slight margin, but I agree with @bellerose that I like [name_f]Lucinda[/name_f] more than both of these

[name_f]Luciana[/name_f] is classier, while [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] is more melodic.
[name_f]Lucinda[/name_f] isn’t for my taste (seems like I wrote it wrong).

I voted [name_f]Luciana[/name_f] but I’d rather [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] on its own.

[name_u]Ever[/name_u] since Arrested Development, I can’t help but hear [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] as “Loose [name_m]Seal[/name_m]”, most often followed in my head by another quote from the show. So there’s that.

I definitely prefer [name_f]Lucille[/name_f], but I’m not fond of names ending in -iana so I’m biased. :slight_smile:

I like both names but [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] flows nicer in my opinion.

I’m not a fan of [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] at all…I’m old enough that all I think of when I hear that name is [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] Ball. [name_f]Luciana[/name_f] is very melodic. Like pps, my favorite of the whole [name_m]Luc[/name_m]- family is [name_f]Lucinda[/name_f].

Of the two, [name_f]Luciana[/name_f], I think. [name_f]Lucia[/name_f]'s my favorite [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] name, but I like both [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucilla[/name_f] better than [name_f]Luciana[/name_f] OR [name_f]Lucille[/name_f]. I like [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] quite a lot, too, though, actually–ironically, I love most [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] names, but not [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] itself…
