For a boy, William and Martin are family names that would mean the world to certain people if they were used. I don’t object, and my husband doesn’t care about middles.
Husband is from Italy and would definitely prefer an Italian name. Luca and Marcello are the only names left on our list that haven’t been used too much by our friends and family. Also like Alessandro or Alessio. Luciano would just be a formal name to match in style with Lorenzo. We don’t HAVE to use an Italian name. I liked Leo, Charlotte and Teddy. My hesitation with Luca is it is way too popular with non-Italian people atm.
Our problem is we went with one Italian and one French/English name for our previous kids. Makes number 3 a challenge! Thanks!
