What do you think of Lucilia? Is it usable?
I personally have never come across a Lucilia. It’s definitely usable, although I do prefer [name]Lucille[/name].
I prefer [name]Lucilla[/name]. But the nickname [name]Cilla[/name] is the best thing about [name]Lucilla[/name], [name]IMO[/name], as I’m not huge on [name]Lucy[/name].
I don’t care for the “cilia” - little hairs - connection at the end. I prefer [name]Lucilla[/name] or [name]Lucila[/name] (lu-SEE-la).
I prefer [name]Celia[/name].
[name]Lucille[/name] or [name]Lucinda[/name] also nice. [name]Lucy[/name] is perfection.
Lucilia feels sort of overwrought to me, but maybe it’s just because I’m unfamiliar with it.
It’s overly long, confusing and frilly. It feels like an ugly mashup of two beautiful names [name]Lucia[/name] and [name]Lucille[/name]. I love “[name]Luce[/name]” names but this one does nothing for me at all!
I prefer [name]Lucilla[/name]. Lucilia looks like a mash up of [name]Lucille[/name] and [name]Celia[/name].
Lucilia sounds vaguely Shakespearean, or maybe ancient [name]Roman[/name], but there is that “cilia” connection. I agree with the pps who prefer [name]Lucilla[/name].
It is okay. Much better than [name]Lucinda[/name] or [name]Lucille[/name]. I love just plain ol’ [name]Lucy[/name] the best.
Not a fan…[name]Lucille[/name] is ok, but [name]Lucy[/name] is even better.
