[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there,
I’ve been trying to find a feminine but strong name with good nickname potential for daughter #2 coming this [name_u]August[/name_u]. Our first daughter is [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] & it suits her perfectly.
Middle name for this one will likely be [name_u]Jean[/name_u], after my mother.
Which do you prefer:
[name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u]: nn [name_u]Scout[/name_u]
Or
[name_f]Lucinda[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u]? nn: [name_f]Luci[/name_f] or [name_f]Lu[/name_f]
Also open to other suggestions with a similar feel.
Thank you!!
[name_u]Love[/name_u] the name [name_u]Bryn[/name_u]! I think [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] would sound lovely with her sister. The nickname is also adorable [name_u]Scout[/name_u]. Leaves so many options She can choose on her own as well!
[name_m]Rhett[/name_m]
[name_f]Carli[/name_f]
[name_f]Letta[/name_f]
[name_f]Letti[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucinda[/name_f] in my area has been exhausted as they have been using this for the past 6 years!
I prefer [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u]. [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is spunky, fun, and peppy. [name_u]Scout[/name_u] is a creative nickname that definitely works.
Wow, ok! Four quick votes for [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u]! Any takers for [name_f]Lucinda[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u]? I like the meaning as bringer of light…
But agree totally that [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u] is spunky & fun!
I love the flow of [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u] but not keen on the nn scout, I would call her Scarlie that’s a cute nn, but your choice xx
I feel [name_f]Lucinda[/name_f] is a little too vintage sounding for [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] so I vote for [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u].
I love [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] and [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] “[name_u]Scout[/name_u]” is my fav. but I like [name_f]Lucinda[/name_f] “[name_f]Luci[/name_f]” also, goodluck
[name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] and [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] are so good together. I like that they both have a double letter at the end so they feel connected. I also love [name_u]Scout[/name_u] as a nn option.
While I love [name_f]Lucinda[/name_f] (it’s my name!) and [name_f]Lucinda[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u] is a great combination, [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] fits better with [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] so [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u] gets my vote here.
