So far in my search for the perfect name to shorten to [name_f]Lulu[/name_f], Ludivine is my favorite. I love that it sounds cute and bohemian, isn’t too common (but not too strange either) in [name_m]French[/name_m] and I really love the meaning of [name_f]Divine[/name_f] [name_m]Light[/name_m]. Other than [name_f]Lulu[/name_f], she could also be called [name_f]Luz[/name_f] by my family, which I really like as well.

I would really like to receive some feedback on it!

Since someone asked: Ludivine is pronounce Lu-dee-veen but can also be Lu-dih-veen.

I like Ludivine! It’s certainly unique, and the nickname [name_f]Lulu[/name_f] is adorable!

As long as we’re talking about “[name_f]Lu[/name_f]” names that mean light, do you like [name_f]Lumina[/name_f]? I think it has more a bright, modern feel.

Thanks for answering! I was suggested [name_f]Lumina[/name_f] but it somehow didn’t appeal to me as much. I think it’s the “m” sound.

Is it pronounced [name_f]Lu[/name_f]-de-veen or [name_f]Lu[/name_f]-de-vine? I’ve never heard of this name, but it’s seems like a good mix of pretty and badass.

I think Ludivine is pretty and distinctive. It might have some pronunciation issues in an English-speaking country though but I think they are correctable.
