Luna Cosette and co.!

What would you name a sister to [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f], which is my favorite girl combo right now. I love my [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] with it, but I’m not sure [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] and [name_f]Luna[/name_f] go together well. My boy names recently have been along the lines of [name_m]Forrest[/name_m], [name_u]Everett[/name_u], [name_m]Felix[/name_m], [name_m]Wilder[/name_m], [name_m]Fletcher[/name_m]… So that may help come up with girl ideas.

[name_m]How[/name_m] do you like [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f], with sister [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] or with your suggestion, if you’ve got one.

Thank you so much!

^if anyone has any ideas, that would be amazing!^

I agree that [name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] are mismatched as sisters’ names butthat iit’s not necessarily bad. If these are your top names, I advice you to use them. For me it’s more important to love your kids names equally than struggle to pick a name just to go with the other.
If you are still worry, maybe use [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] as a middle?
Something like [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] and [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] or [name_f]Evie[/name_f] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] would be lovely.

Some other suggestions:
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] &

Or [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u]?

[name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] is truly beautiful. I don’t think it matches stylistically with [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Maisie[/name_f], though. I would go with [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] & [name_f]Zara[/name_f] [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] or [name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]. [name_f]Aveline[/name_f] [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] would work with it, too, I think. (Gorgeous combos, btw)

@bellerose, [name_f]Zara[/name_f], [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f], [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Willow[/name_f], [name_u]Echo[/name_u], [name_f]Aveline[/name_f], [name_f]Astrid[/name_f], and [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] are gorgeous!
@emmamay, thank you! [name_f]Zara[/name_f], [name_f]Violet[/name_f], and [name_f]Aveline[/name_f] from my combos are great ideas!

I like [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] a lot actually! [name_m]Even[/name_m] if it is somewhat mismatched from [name_f]Luna[/name_f], I think they could still work together.

Other suggestions:

[name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Eve[/name_f]
[name_f]Hazel[/name_f] [name_u]Auden[/name_u]
[name_f]Aviva[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Aurora[/name_f] [name_f]Maisie[/name_f]
[name_f]Brenna[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u]
[name_f]Claudia[/name_f] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u]

@lissylou, [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] [name_f]Maisie[/name_f], [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] [name_u]Auden[/name_u], [name_f]Aviva[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f], and [name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Eve[/name_f] are gorgeous!

I love [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] individually, but as sisters they do seem a bit mismatched! Mostly because [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] is a unisex name with more of a modern feel and [name_f]Luna[/name_f] is more soft, calm, girly name.

Some suggestions to go with [name_f]Luna[/name_f]:
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Esme[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Flora[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Zelda[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Imogen[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Thea[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Aria[/name_f]/[name_u]Arya[/name_u]/[name_f]Ariah[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Ariadne[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Lyra[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Clio[/name_f]/[name_f]Cleo[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Dahlia[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Naia[/name_f]/[name_f]Naya[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Freya[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Rowena[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Hattie[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Serena[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Sienna[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Camille[/name_f]/[name_f]Camilla[/name_f]

@mcarolina, thank you so much! I love so, so many of your names! [name_f]Esme[/name_f], [name_f]Flora[/name_f], [name_f]Aurora[/name_f], [name_f]Clio[/name_f], [name_f]Aria[/name_f], [name_f]Freya[/name_f], [name_f]Hattie[/name_f], [name_f]Lydia[/name_f], and [name_f]Sienna[/name_f]!

I second [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u]! I think it flows better and sounds great with [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f].

@lilievans, thank you!! I do love [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u], but I actually have a dog called [name_f]Macy[/name_f], so I wouldn’t be very comfortable with that. It is a gorgeous, gorgeous combo, though!

[name_f]Esme[/name_f] [name_f]Aurora[/name_f], [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] [name_f]Willow[/name_f], and [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] are what I’ve come up with! :slight_smile:

[name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] is okay. I love [name_f]Luna[/name_f], but not a fan of [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] at all - its extremely outdated imo. I dont think it matches [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] at all, but I knew a [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] who was horrible so I have bad associations with the name. I think maybe something like [name_f]Rosa[/name_f] [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] would be a better match - or maybe even [name_f]Rowena[/name_f] [name_f]Maisie[/name_f].

I like that [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] and [name_f]Rowena[/name_f] [name_f]Maisie[/name_f]

@carysmarie, [name_f]Rowena[/name_f] is gorgeous! Thank you for your input!

Could all be combined with [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] in any order

[name_f]Calla[/name_f] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u]
[name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_u]Harbor[/name_u]
[name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Symphony[/name_f]
[name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Sonnet[/name_f]
[name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Paige[/name_f]
[name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Sonora[/name_f]
[name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Florette[/name_f] or [name_f]Fleurette[/name_f] or [name_f]Fleur[/name_f]
[name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Journey[/name_f]

Now that I think about it, a LOT of names actually flow well with [name_u]Rowan[/name_u]

@orchid_lover, [name_f]Marin[/name_f], [name_f]Marina[/name_f], and [name_f]Flora[/name_f] are absolutely stunning! [name_f]Calla[/name_f] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Symphony[/name_f] just amazing. Thank you so much.

I think [name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] could easily be sisters - they both immediately make me think of 1) nature and 2) magic.

However, I would hesitate to use [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] with [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] because of your taste in boy names. While your other girl names tend to be very romantic or even cutesy, like [name_f]Lilia[/name_f], [name_f]Zara[/name_f], and [name_f]Evie[/name_f], [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] is truly a unisex name, and it could fit right in as a brother to [name_u]Everett[/name_u], [name_m]Wilder[/name_m], or [name_m]Forrest[/name_m]. It almost makes more sense as a boy name when set beside the other names on both sides of your list. [name_f]Luna[/name_f] is very obviously a feminine nature name, so I’d move [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] to the middle and look for something girlier for a sister. I love [name_f]Lilia[/name_f] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] or [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u]. I also love [name_f]Zara[/name_f] [name_f]Primrose[/name_f].

@yellowplums, thank you! That makes total sense! I love [name_f]Lilia[/name_f] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u].
