Luxi or Luxee?

We really like the name [name]Lux[/name] (yes, we watch Life Unexpected…lol) and have decided to name our 2nd daughter Luxi(ee) but haven’t decided if we want to spell it Luxi or Luxee??? The middle name will be [name]Dean[/name] because it’s after both of her grandfathers (my dad’s middle name is [name]Dean[/name] and my husband’s dad’s first name is [name]Dean[/name])
So it Luxi [name]Dean[/name] or Luxee [name]Dean[/name] better?

Luxee [name]Dean[/name] is cute, but I’m not sure how well it would age. Although I do prefer it to Luxi, which doesn’t quite look right to me. At first I’d read it as a misspelled [name]Lexi[/name].

Honestly, I’d probably go with [name]Lux[/name] and use the nickname Luxee. I’d add in a longer name as a first middle name and use [name]Dean[/name] as a second middle for flow. For example:

[name]Lux[/name] [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Dean[/name]
[name]Lux[/name] [name]Arabella[/name] [name]Dean[/name]
[name]Lux[/name] [name]Francesca[/name] [name]Dean[/name]

In fact, I think almost any name with at least three syllables and ending in an “a” works in this spot.

Thanks for the input but I definitely don’t like the idea of having 4 names.
