I absolutely adore [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]! It’s classical yet relatively uncommon but ready for a comeback because I think it’s starting to lose the Pride and Prejudice connection and people are starting to appreciate it as a great name with cute nn options.
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] flows beautifully, although [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is personally nms.
I love the name [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]! For some reason though, it always disappears from my list. [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] Edwards has a nice flow!
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] Edwards is solid and classic, but the -ydia part sounds too much like the ending of Chlamydia. So I would never use [name_f]Lydia[/name_f], just because of that sound.
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is a classic, sweet combo and both names are surprisingly low in popularity. [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] Edwards flows really well. P&P (as I see someone’s mentioned) is my favourite book so the association would be too strong for me, but I don’t think many people would see it.
@dinahelsie- I have a weird thing about not using two names from the same book or movie in a combo, with a few exceptions. Also I just don’t like [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] as a character (it’s actually my own middle name and it’s always bothered me, especially since my mum loves [name_u]Austen[/name_u] too). But different strokes for different folks.
[name_m]Just[/name_m] wanted to say that [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] is a simply beautiful name and your combo is very nice but I would go for [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Willow[/name_f].
