They are quite close to use as brothers. I have a son named [name]Cuyler[/name] and I liked [name]Elias[/name] but figured [name]Cuyler[/name] and [name]Elias[/name]/[name]Eli[/name] were too close as well. 
I think the names are too similar in sound and not similar enough in style. [name]Love[/name] the name [name]Eli[/name] though!
