Lyra?

Came across this name tonight, and I really like it…
Thoughts on this name? Pronounced Leer-uh, not lye-ruh.

leer-uh is the italian money.

[name]Ah[/name], you’re right- lira.
Boo :frowning:

[name]How[/name] about [name]Laila[/name]? It’s very lovely.

Also some other names that you might like

> [name]Nola[/name]
> [name]Laia[/name]
> [name]Lana[/name]
> [name]Lavinia[/name]
> L”a ([name]Lia[/name])
> L”ana ([name]Leana[/name])

Not sure what you like about [name]Lyra[/name], but I thought these names were close, but wouldn’t be money.

Good [name]Luck[/name]!

[name]Love[/name] the name [name]Lyra[/name]. Like [name]Lara[/name] but less common. I’m having a girl in 10 weeks and this is the only name that really appeals to me. (Only problem is I want to use the middle name [name]Lori[/name] after a close aunt but it’s a bit of a tongue twister!) I think it goes beautifully with [name]Bella[/name] as a middle name.
PS - thankfully [name]Italy[/name] now uses the Euro!

I like it said ly-ruh. I [name]Luna[/name] is pretty similar.
