Which is your favorite?
Three of my faves but today I’m loving [name_f]Mabel[/name_f]
Maeve is by far my favorite! [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] is all right (and [name_f]Margot[/name_f] isn’t my style at all - the spelling looks incomplete and the pronunciation always reminds me of [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] Vacation), but [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] is beautiful, classy, Irish, an actual warrior queen, and the meaning is perfection for any little girl.
I like all three but my favourite is [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]!
Maeve is gorgeous Irish mythology name that feels brave and enchanting. I think [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] is beautiful great choice.
I love all 3 but picked [name_f]Mabel[/name_f]!
I voted for [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] but I love all of them. [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] and [name_f]Margot[/name_f] I’d use myself and [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] I love for others.
I love them all, but [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] to me is the perfect, vintage, cosy, honey-coloured delight of a name.
What a gorgeous description @rosepip! I get similar feelings from [name_f]Mabel[/name_f]
You really cannot go wrong with any of the three, but I have a soft spot for [name_f]Margot[/name_f]. Its vintage, yet super darling and spunky. Its not stuffy like a lot of vintage names. [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] is so sweet too. [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] is getting a little too familiar for me. I swear I see it so much lately. Uhh, such a tough choice.
Another point to consider: [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] is uber popular here on Nameberry, but that is not necessarily reflective of what’s going on outside of this little name-loving bubble. It’s being used more now, perhaps because of Westworld and Sex Education, but it’s still relatively uncommon outside of [name_f]Ireland[/name_f]. Sometimes I think we get a false sense of a name’s popularity because we see it so much on the forum.
I like all three but voted for [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]. [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] is cute too and I adore [name_f]Margo[/name_f] when it’s spelled without the “t”. [name_f]Margot[/name_f] looks like maggot to me if I had a daughter tomorrow and had to pick one of the three is go with [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]. But it is becoming super popular.
