I like [name_m]Mac[/name_m] as a nm for a boy…what do you think of [name_m]Maclain[/name_m] for the full name?

Any other suggestions for the nm [name_m]Mac[/name_m]?

If not [name_m]Mac[/name_m], any other nms that are similar?

[name_m]Maclain[/name_m] isn’t my favourite as it never seems to sounds quite right when I say it out loud.
I personally love [name_m]Malcolm[/name_m] with the nn [name_m]Mac[/name_m]. You could also use [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] or any of the [name_u]Max[/name_u]- names.

Thanks! [name_m]Malcolm[/name_m] sounds nice and not an option I thought of. I really like the name jarrett too…

I really like [name_m]Mac[/name_m] as a nn though I can’t think of a nice full name. I really like [name_m]Malcolm[/name_m] which was already suggested and I’m not quite sure [name_m]Maclain[/name_m] is the best choice here even though i like how it sounds and it seems to be perfect in your situation.

WDYT of [name_m]Mack[/name_m]? It’s kinda the same as [name_m]Mac[/name_m] but [name_f]IMO[/name_f] the final ‘k’ makes it complete and not that demanding. It can be used as a FN too.

I like [name_m]Maclain[/name_m], or [name_m]Mack[/name_m] by itself. And you might like a name I have never heard used except on the [name_m]Saint[/name_m] ([name_m]Declan[/name_m]): [name_m]Mac[/name_m] Eircc? But then that may be too unusual for you : )

I love [name_m]Mac[/name_m]! I do prefer the spelling of [name_m]Mack[/name_m], though.
My ex’s name is Mach ([name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u]) and I think it’s incredibly handsome.

I like [name_m]Callum[/name_m], [name_m]Malcolm[/name_m], [name_m]MacArthur[/name_m], and [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u] as full names for [name_m]Mac[/name_m].

I love [name_m]Mac[/name_m] as well. I don’t like [name_m]Maclain[/name_m] at all and would definitely use [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] as a full name for any [name_m]Mac[/name_m] baby that I would have. [name_m]Malcolm[/name_m] would be a close second.
