I quite like [name_u]Madison[/name_u] it’s cute but pretty popular.
I think of actress [name_u]Madison[/name_u] [name_u]Bailey[/name_u]. You could go with [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] as a nickname instead and [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] [name_u]Madison[/name_u] is pretty!
The only famous [name_u]Madison[/name_u] I can think of (whose first name, not surname, is Madison) is dancer [name_u]Madison[/name_u] “Maddie” Ziegler …but I think she’s more associated with just the name [name_f]Maddie[/name_f]! There’s also the mermaid from the ‘80s movie Splash, who brought [name_u]Madison[/name_u] onto the scene as a girls name. A great association, as far as I can remember—I adored that movie as a kid!
I like the name [name_u]Madison[/name_u]. She’s fun and masculine in a sharp way that I think is lovely on a girl! The only downside to me is that is feels quite dated (early 2000s). As a child born in the early 2000s, I’ve gone to school with and been friends with many a [name_u]Madison[/name_u]. However, it ranks as a little less popular at #29 (as opposed to #2 in 2001) in the US, so perhaps that’s a nice touch. Overall, [name_u]Madison[/name_u] is a sharp name, a sweet pick, and a spunky sound for a little girl.
I think with Isabella/e, [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] or [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f] flows better.
