Both are lovely names, but I still prefer [name_f]Marina[/name_f]. I just think that yes, [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f] is a bit clunky in the beginning and a big mouthful. But then again, I’m much more fond of shorter names. I think that both names are beautiful and you can’t go wrong with either one.

I love [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f], you should go with that one. I prefer [name_f]Maggie[/name_f] as a nickname, but to each their own!

I think [name_f]Marina[/name_f] is much prettier. Not old lady like at all

I voted for [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f] nn [name_f]Lena[/name_f], although I prefer [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] to [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f], and I think I still prefer the Italian [name_f]Maddalena[/name_f] to [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f]. [name_f]Magdalene[/name_f] is still gorgeous, though! I like [name_f]Marina[/name_f] a lot, but not so much as [name_f]Maddalena[/name_f] et al.
