I adore [name_m]Archer[/name_m]. [name_m]Soren[/name_m] comes in at a far second. I feel neutral about [name_m]Silas[/name_m] and [name_m]Harlan[/name_m]. I am not fond of [name_m]Magnus[/name_m].

[name_m]Archer[/name_m] seems to be liked across the board, irl and on baby boards. I can’t put my finger on what’s holding us back. Well other than my husband thinking [name_m]Magnus[/name_m] is the best name ever.

I don’t really like [name_m]Archer[/name_m] or [name_m]Harlan[/name_m], but all of your other choices are right up my street!

[name_m]Magnus[/name_m] feels like the “bravest” choice here - not that it’s a bizarre or unfamiliar name, but it’s got a very strong sound and is sure to divide the crowd.

[name_m]Silas[/name_m] is another lovely, strong-sounding name, but it’s leaping up the popularity charts and I can see this one entering the mainstream before too long. I get the feeling you don’t really want a too-popular name, so I’d maybe steer clear of this one.

[name_m]Soren[/name_m] is a little bit softer than the other two, and another great name. This one feels very “on-trend” with its -n ending, but remains very unusual… for now.

I personally love [name_m]Soren[/name_m] and would probably pick it if it were me, but for some reason I’m rooting for you guys to use [name_m]Magnus[/name_m]. It’s such a bold, stand-out-for-all-the-right-reasons, wish-I’d-thought-of-that-first kind of name, but still traditional and familiar. There aren’t very many choices like that out there - at all - so if there’s one on your list of top contenders that you both really like, I want to urge you to go ahead and use it! Much as I love [name_m]Soren[/name_m], I fear it might blend in a little bit with all the other 2-syllable, ends-in-n boys’ names which are popular at the moment. [name_m]Magnus[/name_m] feels much more distinctive.

My personal favorites are [name_m]Soren[/name_m] and [name_m]Archer[/name_m]. I think [name_m]Magnus[/name_m] and [name_m]Harlan[/name_m] are the least trendy though. [name_m]Silas[/name_m] and [name_m]Archer[/name_m] are pretty on-trend right now. [name_m]Magnus[/name_m] is a strong, solid name… But my pick for you would be [name_m]Soren[/name_m]. [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_m]Soren[/name_m] [name_m]Magnus[/name_m]?

My biggest concern is having a dorky boy and [name_m]Magnus[/name_m] being a burden, or getting called Maggot.
