I love the name [name_f]Luna[/name_f] and my husband loves [name_f]Maple[/name_f]. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think this is an ok name? I don’t want her to be made fun of for having such a weird name but I also want to pick something we both love.

I always, always love [name_f]Luna[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Maple[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f] sounds lovely (and cute!). 
I love [name_f]Luna[/name_f], as well. In fact, it’s my fiance’s #1 name. I do like [name_f]Maple[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f], I don’t think it’s a bad name, but I kind of like [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f] a bit better. Plus, she could go by “[name_f]Maeby[/name_f],” which is adorable.
I like [name_f]Maple[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f] a lot, but the L sounds run together for me when I say it out loud.
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Maple[/name_f] would flow much better in my opinion.
I love [name_f]Luna[/name_f] it’s a stunning name! I would prefer to see [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Maple[/name_f] than [name_f]Maple[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f], but both are very cute.
I like kate_[name_f]Elaine[/name_f]'s suggestion of [name_f]Mabel[/name_f]. [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] is gorgeous!

I prefer [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Maple[/name_f], I think it flows better because the L’s blend together too much in [name_f]Maple[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f].
[name_f]Maple[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f] is too wordy for me. My general rule of thumb is one word name per name combo, for some reason [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Maple[/name_f] doesn’t sound so bad.
agreed [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Maple[/name_f] rolls off the tongue much better with a sweet flow. maple [name_f]Luna[/name_f] seems a bit awkward.
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Maple[/name_f] flows better since the L sounds aren’t right next to each other. I think it also comes off as less wordy because the word [name_f]Luna[/name_f] is familiar as a name, where as [name_f]Maple[/name_f] has only recently starting to be used as one.
While I like the names [name_f]Maple[/name_f] and [name_f]Luna[/name_f] separately, I think they’re a bit much together, since they’re both quirky “word” names. I do think [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Maple[/name_f] is a better combo.
I think [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Maple[/name_f] would make her less likely to be made fun of, plus I prefer the sound of it! It’s a cool name. People will remember it.
