I quite like it. It sounds good but it reminds my a little of [name]Marcellin[/name] College.
It sounds very dated and old lady-ish to me. I do not like it at all. For me it goes with [name]Georgia[/name] which feel old dated too for me.
I know a little [name]Marcella[/name], so it doesn’t seem dated to me. I think it’s pretty and unexpected!
I know three little Marcellas (weird name to hear three times, but I think it’s popular in certain cultures- they’re all Puerto Rican) about 5, 6, and 10 years old. I think it’s beautiful. [name]Ella[/name] is a cute nickname. The only problem I see with it is whether to pronounce it mar-SEL-la or mar-CHEL-la.
It doesn’t feel dated to me either. I did wonder about which pronunciation you are using though.
