1: ‘NAMING X’ Form

Genre of [name_u]Story[/name_u]: [name_u]Love[/name_u] story/urban fantasy

Time Period/Location: modern day

Character Description: X is fairly immature. While capable of deep thought, he is not as experienced as he thinks he is, or of how privileged he is. X has just finished university, so he is around 21-22 years old. He is from eastern [name_f]Ireland[/name_f]. He likes punk rock, jokes of all kinds, and reading serious plays in funny voices. He has an addiction to some reality TV shows. X is fairly messy and combative, often getting into heated arguments and holding grudges for long periods of time. He is very communicative and though he pretends to be modest, shreds of arrogance manage to shine through his thick façade of humbleness.

Brief Plot: X has moved from [name_u]Bristol[/name_u], [name_f]England[/name_f] to [name_u]Paris[/name_u], [name_f]France[/name_f]. He doesn’t know what’s drawn him to [name_u]Paris[/name_u], as he’s always thought of it as being the last city he’d want to visit. He meets a girl at a Vietnamese restaurant and they eventually strike up a romance.

Who named the character: His father and mother agreed on a name together, miraculously enough. He is the baby of the family, and he has three sisters with traditional Irish names who’ve come before him: [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f], [name_f]Eileen[/name_f], and [name_u]Darcy[/name_u].

Immediate Family (if relevant): N/R

Already Considered (if relevant): [name_m]Marcus[/name_m], [name_m]Martin[/name_m], [name_u]Finn[/name_u]

[name_m]Don[/name_m]’t Suggest These Names: Nothing extremely popular.

Anything else?: None

[name_m]Just[/name_m] a question: are we choosing a name from [name_m]Marcus[/name_m], [name_m]Martin[/name_m] and [name_u]Finn[/name_u] or are we finding a name along those lines because they have been already considered?
If we are choosing from them, I vote [name_u]Finn[/name_u]. He seems like a [name_u]Finn[/name_u].

Other Irish names which could suit him:
[name_u]Kieran[/name_u]/[name_m]Ciaran[/name_m]
[name_m]Killian[/name_m]/[name_m]Cillian[/name_m]
[name_m]Declan[/name_m]
[name_m]Eamon[/name_m]
[name_m]Liam[/name_m]
[name_m]Ronan[/name_m]
[name_m]Seamus[/name_m]
[name_m]Sean[/name_m]

Thank you! I think I’ll stick with [name_u]Finn[/name_u]. c: And I’ll make it short for [name_u]Finley[/name_u].

Out of your ideas, I’d go with [name_m]Declan[/name_m] - thus, his name is [name_u]Finley[/name_u] “[name_u]Finn[/name_u]” [name_m]Declan[/name_m].
