[name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f], [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], and [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] are all tied for me. I adore all three. I honestly cannot choose between them.
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] is my favorite. I like the repeating O sounds.
I’d either keep [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] or second choice would be [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isadora[/name_f].
thank you all!
I like [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f]/[name_f]Isabel[/name_f] & [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], leaning towards [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] or [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] as my favourite.
I don’t think you can go wrong. My daughter was supposed to be [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], but my husband likes short names and insisted on [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Beth[/name_f]. I voted for [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f], but I love [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isadora[/name_f] too.
They all sound lovely and you really can’t go wrong with any of them, but I really like [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. I like the repeating ‘m’ sound in them. Second choice would be [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f].
Thank you all! It’s really hard to pick one. I have this thing that, while I adore all these combos, all but [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] give me a cold imagery. I absolutely love [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f], but there’s something unfamiliar on it, does it makes sense? On the other hand, when I see [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], I have warm feelings. [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] reminds me hot chocolate in autumn.
I like [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] best:)
It’s not one of your choices, but I actually like [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] the best. I’m thinking that maybe the reason [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] feels incomplete to you is because [name_f]Margot[/name_f] sounds better paired with a four syllable middle name. Because of that, I also really like [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], and [name_f]Isadora[/name_f] from your choices, but I still think [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is the prettiest.
I voted [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f], but only because [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] is my favorite girls’ name and has been for almost a decade! I don’t know that it’s necessarily the best combo, though–I just can’t vote against my beloved [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f], haha! I think [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] is really great, though! [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] would also be gorgeous.
My favourite from your list is [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. It feels vintage, charming, and dainty and ladylike but strong and grounded at the same time. I also like the flow of it best, with [name_f]Margot[/name_f] being stressed on the first syllable and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] the second, unlike your other combinations. [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] feels so sweet and a bit magical though, princessy in a certain way- reminds me of a ballet dancer or something- and great suggestion of [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Isabella[/name_f], which gives me the same feeling.
[name_f]Isadora[/name_f] is my favorite of the middle name choices as a name on its own but with [name_f]Margot[/name_f] I think [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] flows best. Though I prefer [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] (my favorite spelling) to [name_f]Isabella[/name_f], I think [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] would flow much better with [name_f]Margot[/name_f]. I do really like [name_f]Isadora[/name_f] though, so that’s most likely what I personally would go with. My recommendation in this case though is [name_f]Isobel[/name_f], since flow isn’t everything!
Thank you all! It’s really helpful to read you.
@mega_muffin, I think [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is my least favorite “[name_f]Isabel[/name_f]” variation. I don’t know why. Maybe it’s because where I live, only [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] pronunciation is heard, and [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is highly associated with Twilight. Plus, there’s something about -bella names too cheesy for me. However, I think you’re right and [name_f]Margot[/name_f] need a four syllable middle to sound better.
@bonfireazalea, I have the same feeling about [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]!
I’ll keep [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] this time, but I’m already working on a “[name_f]Isabel[/name_f]” combo! Thank you all.
I voted for [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] as I feel the 4 syllables flow best, however i don’t think there’s a lot between the options. Though not a huge fan of [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] I think the repeat m sound in the 2 names does tie them together well.
I personally would prefer a middle name beginning with a consonant after [name_f]Margot[/name_f]. [name_m]Just[/name_m] seems stronger. To take ideas from your signature: [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] or [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Blythe[/name_f] would work better for me.
