Margot and Sloane?

[name_f]Do[/name_f] you like [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Sloane[/name_f] as a sister sibset?

I could absolutely see them working for someone else! They’re not something I would personally pair together, just because I see [name_f]Margot[/name_f] as more cottagecore and classic and [name_f]Sloane[/name_f] as more chic and modern, but I can totally see them being cool and spunky for someone else’s kids. I think [name_f]Sloane[/name_f] brings out the playful vibes of [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Margot[/name_f] brings out the softer vibes of [name_f]Sloane[/name_f], which I enjoy. They feel well matched, but also distinct! Very sweet :white_heart:

No, but simply because I dislike [name_f]Sloane[/name_f].
[name_f][/name_f]At first glance, the vibes are quite different, but I could see them together in an Indie/Alternative/cool enough to make any name work way.

Together, they’re tailored, preppy and aloof. I like them as a pair. I like “Margot & Sloane” but if I were having three, I might put a name in between so not “Margot, [name_f]Sloane[/name_f], and ….” Where saying “Mar-go-slow”.

I love [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Sloane[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]. I feel like they are so unexpected together [name_f][/name_f]. I don’t necessarily think that sibling names need to match as they will be individuals far longer than they are identified as a pair but this example works for me

[name_f][/name_f]

Typically my mind wants to pair [name_f]Sloane[/name_f] with something more unisex
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Sloane[/name_f] & [name_f]Reese[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Sloane[/name_f] & [name_f]Mattie[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Sloane[/name_f] & [name_m]Sullivan[/name_m]

[name_f][/name_f]

& with [name_f]Margot[/name_f] I am always drawn to more [name_f]French[/name_f] leaning names
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Margot[/name_f] & [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Margot[/name_f] & [name_f]Giselle[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Margot[/name_f] & [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]

While they’re different in style, they’re got a stylish feel that makes them work together

Sleek and stylish together :yellow_heart:

[name_f]Do[/name_f] I like it? No. But I am the type that really wants sisters’ names to be the same style, and not everyone cares about that. [name_f]Margot[/name_f] is a classic nickname for [name_f]Margaret[/name_f], with a retro, playful quality, but also a chic French-ness about her. [name_f]Sloane[/name_f] is a cool unisex surname, with an upper-class American (or sometimes British) vibe. For me, those two don’t go together. But if YOU love them? If they’re your two favorite names and you couldn’t bear not to use one? Then you should use them. Always use what you love.

[name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Sloane[/name_f] is lovely! [name_f][/name_f] I don’t like them together quite as much as some of your other options (especially [name_f]Tess[/name_f] and Colette!), but I like [name_f]Sloane[/name_f] a lot and think she works fine with [name_f]Margot[/name_f].

I do! I think they fit really well together and are also great names by themselves!

Both strike me as effortlessly cool, I adore these two as a sibset!
