Hey y’all. I’m having a baby this spring and the three names [name_f]Mariah[/name_f], [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] & [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] are on me & my partners shortlist for our daughters name. As all of these name have celebrity connotations to them, I’m hesitant on using them as a sibset so i’ll only ever use one of these names. Wdyt of each of the names & which one do you like (or dislike) the most?

[name_f]Hallie[/name_f], [name_f]Hallie[/name_f], [name_f]Hallie[/name_f]! She’s fab. [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] would be second on my list, then [name_f]Mariah[/name_f]. They’re all nice, but I adore [name_u]Halle[/name_u]/[name_f]Hallie[/name_f]!

My favorite is [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f]! My second favorite is [name_f]Hallie[/name_f]. I don’t like [name_f]Mariah[/name_f].
[name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] is by far my favorite! I’ve never been a fan of [name_f]Mariah[/name_f]. [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] is pretty but I think [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] ages better.
I have long loved [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f]. I think the celebrity connections for [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] and [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] are fairly subtle, but much more pronounced with [name_f]Mariah[/name_f], perhaps because the name is more unusual. I imagine I would tire of hearing, “You mean like ----” very quickly. I doubt either of your other choices would generate that reaction.
I’ve always thought [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] was a pleasant/happy name so she gets my vote.
I really like all three, but my preference would be [name_f]Hallie[/name_f], then [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f], then [name_f]Mariah[/name_f]. You can’t wrong, though, they’re all beautiful choices!
[name_f]Mariah[/name_f] is very strongly associated with [name_f]Mariah[/name_f] [name_u]Carey[/name_u] for me, but I had to think a bit to connect [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] with [name_u]Halle[/name_u] [name_u]Berry[/name_u] (I’m assuming she’s the one you’re thinking of?) and only because you mentioned a celebrity connection so I was trying to work out who it was, I wouldn’t have thought of her otherwise. I can’t actually think of a celebrity named [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] at all! So I wouldn’t see a problem with using any or all of these names together.
My favourite is [name_f]Hallie[/name_f], then [name_f]Mariah[/name_f]. I’ve never cared for [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] at all, it looks and sounds rather harsh to me. Maybe you’d like [name_u]Marian[/name_u] which combines elements of [name_f]Mariah[/name_f] and [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f]?
Thank you everyone for the feedback. I’m starting to think [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] is the right name. Also, it’s great to know that the connections to [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] Bailon & [name_u]Halle[/name_u] [name_u]Berry[/name_u] are not too strong.
[name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] is so elegant and lovely, she’s my favorite.
[name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] has long been a favourite of mine, and is the only one of those I like. I’m not sure what celebrity connection you are referring to with [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f]? I know the Swedish royal family has a new little [name_f]Princess[/name_f] [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f], though I don’t find that offputting.
[name_f]Mariah[/name_f] is lovely, both in sound and appearance in print.
[name_f]Hallie[/name_f] has been overused, plus I knew a [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] I could not abide.
[name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] is to me (sorry) really ugly. I like [name_m]Adrian[/name_m] or [name_m]Adriano[/name_m] for a male and love [name_f]Ariadne[/name_f] for a female, but [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] not.
I like [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] the best. [name_m]Don[/name_m]’t like [name_f]Mariah[/name_f] and [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] is a bit dated. Also don’t know any celebrities by that name.
My favorite is [name_f]Hallie[/name_f], followed by [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f]! [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] feels sweet and feisty, while [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] has a stronger, slightly more buttoned up vibe (imo).
I adore the name [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f]! [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] gets my vote by far. I also like [name_f]Mariah[/name_f].
