None of the other kids go by a nick-name but I always try and think about possiable nicknames in case a child would want to go by one. [name_f]Lena[/name_f] works well with our Scandinavian last name and so I had thought [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] “[name_f]Lena[/name_f]” would be a good name.
Thank you everyone for your thoughts and suggestions! They were truly very helpful. It was a lot of fun to go through all the comments with my husband, and I think we have our name picked out if [name_u]Baby[/name_u] is a girl:)
I really like [name_f]Anne[/name_f]-[name_f]Marie[/name_f], alone and with the rest of your kids. I’m partial to double names - a few of my kids go by them 
I love [name_f]Marie[/name_f] as a first name, I think it’s underappreciated. So I vote [name_f]Marie[/name_f] [name_f]Lorraine[/name_f]. I think it complements your others childrens’ names, and honoring your friend is sweet.
