I like it. A cute nickname would be [name]Midge[/name].
I think it is really cute and sweet. [name]Martha[/name] has a lot of substance for an adult too.
sounds awfully close to [name]Martha[/name] [name]Jones[/name] from Dr. Who, but if you live in the states, it probably won’t be a problem…
I thought the same thing as @catlovered but I don’t think it’s going to be much of an issue in the US except for Dr Who nerds.
I don’t really like the idea of it being spelled MarthaJane though [name]Martha[/name] [name]Jane[/name] or [name]Martha[/name]-[name]Jane[/name] does appeal to me.

I have really warmed up to the idea of combining names this way when another [name]Berry[/name] worked out the middle name Janemarie for her daughter. [name]Martha[/name]-[name]Jane[/name] works too.
