I think [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] rolls off the tongue a lot better. It’s pretty, feminine, and has a sweet southern thing going for is.
First, I love [name_f]Matilda[/name_f]. Absolutely adore it and it’s nicknames. However, I like [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] best because [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] needs, in order to reach her full potential, a lighter middle. At least I feel that way. [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] is beautiful but many people still view her as heavy and a bit clunky. [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is beautiful but a little overly serious. [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] is lighter, with more flow and an easier, happier feel. I just feel like [name_f]Belle[/name_f] showcases [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] best out of the two.

I feel the same about [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]… it’s just so easy to say, just flows nicely.
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is a common MN in my family; 2 of the most important women in my life have this as a MN…so I was going for honoring them. BUT [name_f]Belle[/name_f] has very significant meaning as well.
You also have nickname options like tilda-belle which is just TOO CUTE! Like a little fairy
That is an amazing NN! I never even thought of that. I thought of [name_f]Tilda[/name_f] for a NN, but [name_f]Tilda[/name_f]-[name_f]Belle[/name_f]… Wow! So adorable.
I love both options, and was the choice simply [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Belle[/name_f] I would have chosen [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], but as some one else mentioned, [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] sounds like a fairy’s name. So precious.
I prefer [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f], because [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] and [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] are very weighty names, so I would only use one of them - otherwise the gravity of this combo would make her sink into the earth. [name_f]Belle[/name_f] is a very attractive name, with lightness enough to leap up into the air with [name_f]Matilda[/name_f]. [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] is gorgeous and distinctive. [name_u]Love[/name_u]! <3
I’d choose [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] because I’m such a fan of both names, and I really love them paired together !
I adore [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], it is gorgeous. I am not particularly fond of [name_f]Belle[/name_f].
I prefer [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] because the Ls in [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] clash.
[name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] is gorgeous, there is something really cute about it.
I love [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] and [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]. But I think [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] is more different, and [name_f]Belle[/name_f]'s more unexpected than [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]. I love the sound of [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Beth[/name_f] too, so maybe that’s why I prefer [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] :).

If you’d just asked me to chosen [name_f]Belle[/name_f] or [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] I would’ve gone straight for [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] but as middle names for [name_f]Matilda[/name_f], [name_f]Belle[/name_f] definitely sounds so much better
[name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]. It rolls of the tongue and sounds so sweet. I also love the idea of nicknames like [name_f]Tillie[/name_f]-[name_f]Belle[/name_f] and [name_f]Millie[/name_f]-[name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_m]Reading[/name_m] all these comments make me love both combos more.
