[name]Do[/name] you think [name]Mavis[/name] will be making a comeback soon? What do you think of [name]Mavis[/name]?
[name]Love[/name] [name]Mavis[/name], and though it’s off the radar now, the sounds all fit the current ones and I think all it would take is an appealing young actress (or character) with the name to send it back in to the top 1000 ([name]Maya[/name]+[name]Maeve[/name]+[name]Ava[/name]+[name]Alice[/name]+[name]Iris[/name]?). That said, its peak use was in the 1920s-30s, so it may still be a decade or two away from revival.
I like both [name]Mavis[/name] and [name]Avis[/name]. It’s very sweet, laid back and a bit nick namey. It’s definitely a possibility that [name]Mavis[/name] will make a comeback since everyone is loving old names again and it has a lot of the same style elements as more popular names like [name]Avery[/name] and [name]Maisie[/name].
I prefer [name]Avis[/name], but I like both. I think it’s definitely due for a comeback.
[name]Love[/name] both [name]Mavis[/name] and [name]Avis[/name]. But [name]Avis[/name] is a huge rental car company. So I’d choose [name]Mavis[/name]. I also hope it comes back.
Definitely. It’s on trend with names like [name]Maeve[/name], [name]Mae[/name], [name]Avery[/name], [name]Ava[/name]
I love it but have a cousin named [name]Mavis[/name], and a male cousin [name]Avis[/name] (they aren’t sibs). [name]Mavis[/name]’ nn is Mav (sounds exactly like [name]Maeve[/name]) and when we were little [name]Avis[/name] was called [name]Avie[/name]
I actually know a little 1 year old named [name]Mavis[/name]. Adorable, spunky little thing. Her parents named her after [name]Mavis[/name] Staple of the Staple Singers.
I like [name]Mavis[/name]
