We both like [name_u]Maxie[/name_u], but I am wondering if she will want a full name to fall back on/grow into. I have one distant family member named [name_f]Maxine[/name_f] with a positive memory. I don’t think of [name_u]Maxi[/name_u] pad and the one [name_u]Maxie[/name_u] I know I coached in high school softball told me she never was made fun of.
Great name and nice to have the full [name_f]Maxine[/name_f] should she want to use it. [name_u]Maxie[/name_u] is cute!

My prefer [name_f]Maxine[/name_f], but that doesn’t mean [name_u]Maxie[/name_u] can’t stand alone!
Maxine is lovely! Having a longer, formal name to fall back on is always a good choice.

Definitely [name_f]Maxine[/name_f]. [name_u]Maxi[/name_u] pad was my first thought with [name_u]Maxie[/name_u]
