I think [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] goes well with [name_f]Maya[/name_f] and [name_m]Isaac[/name_m]. I would use [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] as a middle name if you want
to use the full name. it seems rather out of place next to [name_f]Maya[/name_f] and [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] but a shorter [name_u]Josie[/name_u] would work.

I think [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is a bit strong or long compared to [name_f]Maya[/name_f] and [name_m]Isaac[/name_m]. I still think it’s usable, especially with a nickname. I love your children’s names! Both are on my list for hypothetical future use. When I saw the subject line of your post, the name that came to mind for me was [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] (also from my list, which makes sense I guess).
Of the two you mention, I prefer short, sweet [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] with [name_f]Maya[/name_f] and [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] as [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] itself feels heavy to me by comparison. However, [name_f]Maya[/name_f], [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] and [name_u]Josie[/name_u] totally work.

I think [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] matches better as another two-syllable name next to [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] and [name_f]Maya[/name_f], but I also encourage you to forget about matching if [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is the name that appeals to you more.
