Which name do you prefer for a fantasy character? I really do like [name_f]Maya[/name_f] but it’s a little too popular I think…
Although I do see how [name_f]Maya[/name_f] could be see as too popular, [name_f]Mana[/name_f] reminds me of the food (spelled manna) in the Bible that God feeds to the Israelites while they are wandering through the desert for 40 years. I can’t shake that association, so I prefer [name_f]Maya[/name_f].
[name_f]Mara[/name_f] is cool.
I feel like [name_f]Mana[/name_f] is a common word for magic or power in video games and books, so it might have that association for some people. If you’re okay with that, though, it’s a wonderful name. Personally, however, I prefer [name_f]Maya[/name_f].
I personally prefer the name [name_f]Maya[/name_f] over [name_f]Mana[/name_f] 
I prefer Maya, but if you think it’s too popular, you can use another spelling variation.
