If [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] was his first name, I’d say no. But since it’s his middle name, I see no reason to avoid [name_f]Isadora[/name_f] as a sister’s first name!
You call your son [name_m]Archie[/name_m], right? What would you plan to call a little [name_f]Isadora[/name_f]?

This one seems like a case of me overthinking things.
I agree, it’s not too similar if [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] is your son’s middle name. actually I really like the idea of having their names sound kind of related in a subtle and unique way. i say go for it
As one is a first and the other a middle, I think it’s just fine. In fact, I kind of like the link between the two in such a way.
