Megyn Kelly, Baby #3

[name]Fox[/name] News anchor [name]Megyn[/name] [name]Kelly[/name] just announced she’s expecting her third. Her first two are [name]Edward[/name] Yates and [name]Yardley[/name] [name]Evans[/name]. They’re called Yates and [name]Yardley[/name]. Which begs the question, will she go with a third Y name? And if so, what??

I like Yates, not crazy about [name]Yardley[/name]. Is [name]Yardley[/name] a boy, I’m assuming? Maybe she named them with y’s to match the Y in her name, ha!

I guess they may go with a Y again, if it’s a boy. [name]York[/name]?

I kind of like the idea of alliterative siblings with such an unusual initial!

Congrats to [name]Megyn[/name] and her (dreamy) husband!

I think [name]York[/name] is great! [name]How[/name] about [name]Yancy[/name]?

I think [name]York[/name] is great! [name]How[/name] about [name]Yancey[/name], [name]Yarrow,[/name] or [name]Yale[/name]?

[name]Yancey[/name], [name]Yarrow[/name] and [name]Yale[/name] came to mind right away.

[name]Yardley[/name] [name]Evans[/name] is a girl.

I expect whatever she chooses will probably be surname-y and sort of pretentious. If she has another daughter it will probably be another androgynous or masculine name. She could keep the Y trend, but I sort of hope that she doesn’t.

Goodness, there are only so many decent “Y” names. [name]Edward[/name] Yates is quite handsome, but [name]Yardley[/name] [name]Evans[/name] is just not my style for a girl. It’s entirely too masculine.

I wonder if [name]Megyn[/name] and her husband will flip the “E” and “Y” initials again. I predict [name]Yale[/name], [name]Yancy[/name], or [name]York[/name] for number three.

Personally, I would use E-Y again because it’s neater than two Y-E’s in a row (or a completely different name, good grief). That might just be one of my naming-pet peeves though. E-Y, Y-E, E-Y.

[name]Yardley[/name] is a girl? I had expected it was a boys name, but that’s just me.

Names like [name]Yale[/name] and [name]York[/name], like PPs mentioned, are good guesses. Ygritte for a girl would be sweet (says a dedicated ASOIAF fan :D).
