I’ve already got my lists sorted but I’ve come across these two names recently and I kinda like them. What are your opinions on these names?
[name_f]Merida[/name_f] is lovely. It sounds feminine and strong, which is quite popular at the moment. The name does remind me of the princess from Brave, but that’s definitely not a bad association. She’s strong, independent and adventurous, while also having a strong family bond and live of animals. [name_f]Merida[/name_f] is a lively name.
Mallow I’m not a fan of. It reminds me of marshmallows, and if a child told me about a person in their class called Mallow, I’d assume it was a nickname. Maybe a mean nickname for a kid that’s rather… flumpy. The more I think of it, it also reminds me of mellow.
[name_f]Merida[/name_f] is fun—familiar but unusual. Mallow isn’t doing much for me sound-wise; it also reminds me of marshmallows. Much prefer other botanical names.
[name_f]Merida[/name_f] is fine. But Mallow as in marshmallow? It’s going to be a no from me.
[name_f]Merida[/name_f] is lovely - vibrant and lively!
Mallow is a bit too much like marshmallow
