I really like the name [name_f]Daisy[/name_f].
But I’m having trouble with middle names for [name_f]Daisy[/name_f].
I love the name [name_f]Liv[/name_f], love it!
But I don’t know if [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Liv[/name_f] works. I’m not loving the combo. I don’t know, what do you berries think?
I also like [name_f]Mila[/name_f] but I’m not certain of that combo, either.
I like short, modern, cool names. I like hidden gems, so names that aren’t too heard of but are still lovely. So no [name_f]Mae[/name_f]'s, [name_f]Ann[/name_f]'s, [name_u]Lynn[/name_u]'s, [name_u]Jo[/name_u]'s or [name_f]Marie[/name_f]'s.
Preferably somewhere in between 3-4 letters but 5 is okay, too.
I’m ok with pink or orange names, so unisex names are fine.
Please, help! Any good ideas, berries? [name_m]Will[/name_m] be greatly appreciated.
I love [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] so much! I’ve been crushing on it for weeks–if not months!–now. I have the same exact problem–I can’t find one name that I like paired with it! [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]/[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f]/[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f]/[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Beth[/name_f]/[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f]/[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_u]Lou[/name_u]/[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_u]Lynn[/name_u]/[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]/[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Hope[/name_f]/[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]/[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f]/[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] etc. all seem like southern double-barrels, which I’m not hugely fond of, and everything else just doesn’t seem right. I’ve only found one combo that I don’t hate, and that’s [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Maddalena[/name_f]. I don’t like it, either, though. I think I’ve come to realize that I’d have to use [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] as a nn for either [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] or [name_f]Margaret[/name_f]/[name_f]Marguerite[/name_f] (or some other name I haven’t come up with yet), and I feel like I could come up with a combo for either of those semi-okay. I wish I could help, but I’m in the same boat as you–I can’t seem to make anything work with [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]! Maybe something like [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Emilia[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Coraline[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Delphine[/name_f]? Those don’t seem to be your general style, but one-or-two syllable names seem too short with the short-and-sweet (as it is) [name_f]Daisy[/name_f].
Oh I love [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]!! It’s one of my favourites but my husband thinks we aren’t cool enough for it haha. I like the idea of shorter, snappier middles for [name_f]Daisy[/name_f].
Humm, your love for the name [name_f]Liv[/name_f] made me think of the obvious,
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Olive[/name_f] or
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]
Simply because [name_f]Liv[/name_f] is a nickname for both those names.
Other possibilities could be:
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_u]Laine[/name_u]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Raine[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_m]Jett[/name_m]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_u]Ember[/name_u]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_u]Onyx[/name_u]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Crimson[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Estelle[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Fleur[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_u]Blue[/name_u]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_u]Blaine[/name_u]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Blythe[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Ruth[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_u]Shay[/name_u]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] marguerite
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] belle
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Christine[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Jade[/name_f]
Thank you all for the response. I guess I’ll just have to save [name_f]Liv[/name_f] for another occasion. I think your responses might have led me to change my view on the middle name, as I’m starting to think longer names might actually fit in better.
I really liked [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u]
For the longest time I had [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_u]Simone[/name_u] or [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] in mind.
I think [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] might work best as a stand alone name, no middle. I don’t know. I think I’m either going to have to settle for no middle or drop it all together. I just feel like not many names flow well with it, or they just flow too well together, they just start sounding a little too [name_f]Thelma[/name_f] and [name_f]Louise[/name_f].
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Liv[/name_f] could work depending on the last name. For example, [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Liv[/name_f] [name_m]Anderson[/name_m] sounds just fine. On the other hand, [name_f]Liv[/name_f] as a middle does start to sound a little bit like the vanilla [name_u]Lynn[/name_u] so you might like keeping [name_f]Liv[/name_f] for a first name for later.
[name_f]Liv[/name_f] was on my girl list but my husband vetoed (we went with [name_f]Eve[/name_f]). We also have a [name_f]Daisy[/name_f], so I can see you and I have a bit of overlap in taste. Our [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] is actually a nn for [name_f]Dulcinea[/name_f] (prn dulcie-[name_f]NAYA[/name_f]). We went with that because I wanted to use my mom’s favorite flower, but also give her an “elegant” name. Some people “get it” with the picking up the D and AY sounds from the long name, and some don’t, so a lot of personal preference on that one. Anyway, her full name is [name_f]Dulcinea[/name_f] [name_f]Tesla[/name_f], and [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Tesla[/name_f] also works. We named partly for the inventor and partly for the “carpenter” meaning. The similar [name_f]Tess[/name_f] or [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] would work just as well though – [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Tess[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] – either would be snappy and short, and maybe along the lines of what you’re thinking. [name_f]Vera[/name_f] is another short-and-striking name that comes to mind, and hasn’t already been mentioned.
FWIW [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_u]Simone[/name_u] is nice and I really like [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Valentina[/name_f]. For other more elaborate middle options, I liked the suggestion of [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]. Also, how about [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Georgina[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Cressida[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Iolanthe[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Rowena[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] Iselda, or [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Andromeda[/name_f].
