I posted previously with doubts on the name [name]Irene[/name]. My husband and son have been wearing me down, and although I still prefer [name]Marjorie[/name] [name]Irene[/name] as my top choice, I’d be fine with [name]Irene[/name] if we can find a good mn.
I have always preferred middle names that have some sort of meaning instead of just being filler, but we are having a hard time finding something that flows well, so, now I’m open to just finding something we love. Our 4 yo is adamant that her mn should be Telephone-Talker. LOL. I told him he’d fit in well in Hollywood!
Here are some options that we’ve considered. I think the beginning De of our last name makes a lot of names I love ([name]Lydia[/name], [name]Sada[/name], [name]Ada[/name]) not work so well, but wondering what you all think. Hoping for inspiration!
[name]Irene[/name] [name]Ada[/name] (the two name combo is both my paternal great-grandmothers)
[name]Irene[/name] [name]Marjorie[/name] (after my grandmother)
[name]Irene[/name] [name]Terrell[/name] (grandmother’s maiden name)
I thought of [name]Irene[/name] [name]Felicity[/name] at once, but I don’t know if you like [name]Irene[/name] [name]Felicity[/name] DeWild…
[name]Irene[/name] [name]Ada[/name] DeWild - [name]Ada[/name] doesn’t have enough length for me, so I would encourage you to consider [name]Irene[/name] [name]Adela[/name] DeWild instead.
[name]Irene[/name] [name]Marjorie[/name] DeWild - This is pretty, but I’m not much of a [name]Marjorie[/name] fan…
[name]Irene[/name] [name]Terrell[/name] DeWild - I don’t think this has enough sparkle!
