Also, not sure where you’re writing from, but where I live (Northeastern US), [name_m]Isadore[/name_m] is a girls’ name growing in popularity. So if you’re not into unisex names, you may find that [name_m]Isidore[/name_m] is one in a few years.

I would equate girls named [name_m]Isadore[/name_m] as being called [name_m]William[/name_m], it’s just a male name to me and always will be. I’m not too worried [name_m]Isidore[/name_m] hasn’t been in the top 1000 since the 1930s. I’m in [name_f]Canada[/name_f] and in my province there has not been a single [name_m]Isidore[/name_m] in many years. Thanks for the heads up though!
I really like Isidore Joseph and Isidore James, but I love Isidore Louis (Loo-ee), if your open to changing Lewis a bit. I’m not great at middles (unless they’re out of my list) but maybe:

I really love Isidore, btw! I spell Isidore with an I in the middle to avoid the similarity to Isadora, I feel adora/adore is a bit more feminine. But I’ve never heard Isidore or Isadore as a girls name.
Odds are fair that your son won’t always want to go by [name_m]Isidore[/name_m], so I’d choose the one you wouldn’t mind calling him as a teen or adult.
For gosh sakes, I’m not naming him [name_m]Adolph[/name_m] lol. It may not be a name you like, which doesn’t mean 'odds are fair".
Sorry–didn’t mean to offend. But I stand by my statement. It’s not that I don’t like the name–very sweet, but rather feminine for a teenage boy or adult man.
I think [name_m]Isidore[/name_m] is nice underused masculine name. I wouldn’t use it myself, but I would be pleased to meet a little boy named [name_m]Isidore[/name_m]. I rather see [name_m]Isidore[/name_m] than another Jaxtyn anyday. I think each middle that you have so far would go well, but [name_m]Isidore[/name_m] [name_u]James[/name_u] is my personal favorite.
