pregnant with twin girls and stuck on choosing names. I love [name_u]Wren[/name_u] as a first name.
Our other names including some family names passed down are:
[name_f]Mia[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Kate[/name_f]
[name_f]Lena[/name_f]
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]
Please Help! I’m stuck on what I like together most and how to match up twins! I’m not into their first names beginning with the same letter.
Thanks in Advance!
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] is a lovely, unusual, sweet name and one I can see growing well from a little girl to an adult.
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is what first springs to mind as a middle.
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] & [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] might be too rhymey
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] & [name_f]Mia[/name_f] is very sweet
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] & [name_f]Lena[/name_f] - very elegant, they share two letters, I like that. You might like [name_f]Leda[/name_f] too, she was turned into a swan in myth so continues the bird theme. Actually [name_f]Leda[/name_f] was the mother of the twins [name_m]Apollo[/name_m] and [name_u]Artemis[/name_u] so there is a twin link there too.
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] & [name_f]Kate[/name_f] and [name_u]Wren[/name_u] & [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] & [name_f]Claire[/name_f] the not-[name_u]Wren[/name_u] twin might feel her name was a little ordinary compared to [name_u]Wren[/name_u] but all are great middles although not necessarily for [name_u]Wren[/name_u] but for the other twin! [name_u]Wren[/name_u] needs a middle that is a minimum of two syllables.
If I were to have twins again I might go for [name_f]Thomasina[/name_f] or [name_f]Tamsin[/name_f] which mean twin or even [name_u]Artemis[/name_u] which is stunning but takes some bravery.
I would go for one short name with a long middle and one long three or four syllable name that can be shortened with a cute nn with a short middle.
Btw [name_f]Jenny[/name_f] is a cute nn for [name_u]Wren[/name_u], the bird is always called [name_f]Jenny[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] n fairytales.
I love the name [name_u]Wren[/name_u]
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] & [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] might be to edgy compared with the frilly and old fashioned [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] & [name_f]Mia[/name_f] I love it they seem to match in a strange way. They are both modernized and beautiful
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] & [name_f]Lena[/name_f] I feel the same way about that as I do to the name [name_f]Mia[/name_f] <3
I was reading Hannahloulou`s comment and agree with her about Claire, Grace and Kate.
I think the name Zara would be eqully edgy and feminine with Wren.
Hope I could help
I love [name_u]Wren[/name_u]! I think for a middle name a longer, classical name:
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] and [name_f]Lena[/name_f] together are lovely (biased because I love both names!) from your names I like:
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f]
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] and [name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] are lovely I think
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] and [name_f]Lena[/name_f] go well together.
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u]
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] [name_f]Juliana[/name_f]
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] [name_f]Annabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] or [name_f]Juliette[/name_f]
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Marilyn[/name_f]
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Therese[/name_f]
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]
[name_u]Wren[/name_u] & [name_f]Mia[/name_f] or [name_u]Wren[/name_u] & [name_f]Lena[/name_f].
[name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_f]Claire[/name_f] and [name_f]Kate[/name_f] are too… meh compared to [name_u]Wren[/name_u]! (@hannahloulou)
And [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] is such a big name, while [name_u]Wren[/name_u] is so short… However, [name_f]Lena[/name_f] and [name_f]Mia[/name_f] are both “different” and short names, perfect for a twin sis of [name_u]Wren[/name_u]! I prefer [name_f]Mia[/name_f] though.
