We are currently searching for a [name_m]Quentin[/name_m] combo that we love just as much as we love the first name [name_m]Quentin[/name_m].
The middle name:
– should have 3 or more syllables (our last name is 2 syllables, as is [name_m]Quentin[/name_m])
– shouldn’t begin with Q or L (though I’m lenient on this as long as it sounds good with our last name)
– shouldn’t end with “n”
The criteria is making it difficult for me to find anything that works well (dang last name). Two combos that I like are [name_m]Quentin[/name_m] [name_m]Ambrose[/name_m] and [name_m]Quentin[/name_m] [name_m]Hawthorn[/name_m]/e, but they both break rules.
I would love to see what all you clever berries can come up with!
ETA: Adjusted the criteria to make it easier on myself (and you!)
I love the name [name_m]Adrian[/name_m] & I’m pretty sure that it’s 3 syllables! So, I think that that would sound cute with [name_m]Quentin[/name_m]!!! If I think of anymore ideas, I’ll let you know(:
Thanks. I have a distant relative who named her son [name_u]Elias[/name_u], so it’s out for me, which means I can suggest it to everyone else without reservation!
I was delighted to see you came up with [name_m]Atticus[/name_m] as a suggestion.
Thanks for all of the suggestions so far, I’ll go through them with my husband. I also adjusted my “rules” in my original post, which will hopefully make this easier! I’m not necessarily opposed to a 2-1-2 combo, it’s just that I usually find that they sound a little too short or stilted for me. Thanks!
