[name_m]Jonah[/name_m] [name_u]Everett[/name_u] immediately jumped out at me! I love it! For [name_m]Samuel[/name_m], [name_m]Robert[/name_m] sounds the best from your choices.
I like [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] [name_m]Robert[/name_m]; that’s my cousin’s name! 
Out of the [name_m]Jonahs[/name_m], I like [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] [name_m]Paul[/name_m] best. [name_m]Paul[/name_m] is a fantastic name.
Both [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] and [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] are good names. Pretty similar. [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] is currently less widely used than [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] is, if you’re worried about that sort of thing, which I wouldn’t be. [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] is also likely to get shortened to [name_u]Sam[/name_u], unfortunately.
Either way, your son will have a good, strong name!
[name_m]Samuel[/name_m] [name_u]Everett[/name_u] got my vote, and I blame it on the fact that [name_u]Everett[/name_u] and [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] are both on my top 5 for boys! I do prefer [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] to [name_m]Jonah[/name_m], but both are super handsome names. And honestly, all your combos are great–you can’t go wrong with any of them! 
ETA: Of the [name_m]Jonahs[/name_m], [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] [name_m]Henry[/name_m] is my favorite.

I voted [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] [name_u]Everett[/name_u] because I adore [name_m]Samuel[/name_m], but [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] [name_m]Paul[/name_m] is spot on as well.
