We keep going round and round on a boy name of either [name_m]Ford[/name_m] [name_m]Luke[/name_m] or [name_m]Ford[/name_m] [name_m]Lucas[/name_m]. We like [name_m]Luke[/name_m] better as a name (esp in case he doesn’t like [name_m]Ford[/name_m])but think maybe [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] flows better, though out last name starts with a letter S and is three syllabelles so maybe it blends too much with the double S. Thoughts??
I think [name_m]Ford[/name_m] [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] flows much better than [name_m]Ford[/name_m] [name_m]Luke[/name_m]. [name_m]Ford[/name_m] [name_m]Luke[/name_m] sounds too abrupt to me. Whether or not the ‘s’ sound back to back with [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] and your last name sounds off would depend on your last name for me. I don’t think it would be bad, though. If he doesn’t like [name_m]Ford[/name_m], he could still go by [name_m]Luke[/name_m], even if his middle name is [name_m]Lucas[/name_m].

I think [name_m]Ford[/name_m] [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] flows better. My only hesitation would be the [name_f]Star[/name_f] Wars connection – as in [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Ford[/name_m] and [name_m]George[/name_m] [name_m]Lucas[/name_m]…
I’m going to go against the flow here and say that if you like [name_m]Luke[/name_m] better go with [name_m]Ford[/name_m] [name_m]Luke[/name_m]. Yes it is a little abrupt, but it’s by no means awful! With a three syllable last name that will add a bit of length. I say go with what you really love.
