Middle Name for Amelia?

[name_f]My[/name_f] husband and I are really leaning towards the name [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], we both love it!

Middle name options are as follows… any comments would be appreciated!

[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] (my MN, my mothers MN & my grandmothers MN)

[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] (a family name on my husbands side)

[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] (not a family connection we just love the name)

I would love to hear any thoughts or comments… I am personally leaning towards [name_f]Louise[/name_f] or [name_f]Grace[/name_f].

[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is such a great name. It has everything to want in a name- and although it’s getting a bit popular- its for a good reason!

I just love [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f]. What a wonderful name and a great family connection.

[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] sounds incomplete to me personally. I like [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Lillian[/name_f]- but not [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f].

[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] is of course pretty- but what name isn’t [name_f]Grace[/name_f] pretty with? I think that’s what makes it one of the top 5 middle names!

[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] - I think it’s sweet that it has such meaning to you and the flow is great, but personally I’m not a fan of [name_f]Louise[/name_f].
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] - Might feel a bit too L-heavy for some, but I really like it.
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] - Beautiful, but I have to agree with @ethiopiabound, it’s a filler middle.

I love [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] paired with [name_f]Grace[/name_f].

[name_f]My[/name_f] daughter is [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] (after my mom, [name_f]Anita[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f])

I would go with a family name since you have 2 great ones.

[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] is by far the best choice! I’ve (on a few separate occasions) heard the name [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]. So! If there are other [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]'s in your girls class…they are less likely to have the same first & middle if you go with the lovely [name_f]Louise[/name_f]! Plus, honoring family always makes the name itself more special.

The repetition of li li sounds makes [name_f]Lily[/name_f] not perfect as a mn.

I too have met a few [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] Graces…

[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] - I think it flows well and sounds pretty (it’s also my MN so I may be biased!)

[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] - There was a singer on the UK version of X-[name_m]Factor[/name_m] who went by this…BUT it is a lovely choice!

[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] - Like others have said…[name_f]Grace[/name_f] is used quite a lot (I should know!) but that being said. I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] it!

[name_f]My[/name_f] niece is [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Lizzie[/name_f] (for my mum and [name_m]BIL[/name_m]'s mum as they both have [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] in their names)

I would use [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] because of the family significance it has for you!

[name_u]Love[/name_u] the name [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Grace[/name_f] and [name_f]Louise[/name_f] are both great MN. [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] would be my choice out of the two.

I find all of them very filler, but I guess my favourite would be [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] because it flows well!
