[name]Asher[/name] [name]Truman[/name] is so handsome! I also like [name]Asher[/name] [name]John[/name], but the significance of [name]Truman[/name] makes me really like the name. I don’t think doing [name]Asher[/name] [name]John[/name] _____ would be a big deal (with sounding like it’s a name tacked onto the front of your husband’s name) but I have thought about that myself. I don’t think I’d let it bother me too much, though. If it bothers you, what about using his MN as a MN for [name]Asher[/name]?

To be honest I’m immediately drawn to [name]Henry[/name] [name]Asher[/name], I adore it! That is utterly perfect =)

As for [name]Asher[/name] combo’s I think [name]Asher[/name] [name]Isaac[/name] is gorgeous but depends on the last name.

I think the significance of [name]Truman[/name], and is goes well with [name]Asher[/name]!

I love the sound of [name]Asher[/name] [name]John[/name], but I do understand what you mean about it sounding like your husband’s name. I suppose it depends how much it’s going to bother you. I also think [name]Asher[/name] [name]Truman[/name] is brilliant, especially considering the meaning behind it. My absolute favourite from your options is [name]Henry[/name] [name]John[/name]. I have always adored the combo- I just think it is so perfect!

I don’t think you can really go wrong with any of your names, they are all so gorgeous :slight_smile: I would personally try to use a middle name with some sort of family connection or personal meaning, just to keep the tradition going, but I don’t think it would matter to much if you didn’t.

Thanks for all of the feedback! [name]Happy[/name] to see people like [name]Asher[/name] [name]Truman[/name]. I also really like [name]Henry[/name] [name]John[/name] or [name]Henry[/name] [name]Asher[/name]… only thing about [name]Henry[/name] [name]John[/name] is that someone brought up a while back the connection to [name]John[/name] [name]Henry[/name]. So not sure how big of a deal that would be? Really like [name]Asher[/name] [name]Liam[/name], too, but losing the family connection with this one. Only significance to this combo is that [name]Liam[/name] is one of my husband’s favorite names :slight_smile: Did a google search, too, and the CNN new anchor named her son [name]Asher[/name] [name]Liam[/name], too.

I really like [name]Asher[/name] [name]Liam[/name] and [name]Asher[/name] [name]Ethan[/name] they both sound fun and cute and would sound great at any age!
