[name_m]Bram[/name_m] is a name I’ve tossed around and played with here and there. I like the softness of it. It sounds cozy to me, but still masculine. I’ve been struggling with finding a good middle name to go with it, though. Thoughts? Last name starts with M (I know…the flow of [name_m]Bram[/name_m] M____ is not fantastic), so preferably no M names. Also, no, the initials don’t bother me. He wouldn’t be the first person with those initials or the last. It’s not a big deal. One of my best friend’s initials are ED. Who cares? Literally nobody. Lol So not an issue.
Didn’t want to forget this one: I was about to fall asleep last night and [name_m]Bram[/name_m] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] came to mind. [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]'s pretty popular, so it would be a good complement to a unique name like [name_m]Bram[/name_m], I think. Good luck!
I also love [name_m]Bram[/name_m], I’m not sure if I’ll ever use it because it’s immensely popular in the Netherlands.

Thank you for all the feedback, everyone! Glancing quickly through, I am struck by Lucas, Elliott, Isaac, Adler, and a number of others. I do have a deep love for Oliver, as well, despite its popularity. So many lovely options to ponder over!
A note on the potential initials BM-- that never even occurred to me as an issue, perhaps because I consider all three initials as a whole and not just the first and last. I never use just my first and last initial. And really, if his initials are the only thing my potential future son gets teased about, he’ll be doing just fine. Both my husband and I really dislike the name Abraham, as well, and would never choose that as a name, so that is not an option either.
If you want a longer name what about [name_m]Bramwell[/name_m]?
Middle names
[name_m]Bramwell[/name_m] [name_u]James[/name_u]
[name_m]Bramwell[/name_m] [name_m]Henry[/name_m]/[name_m]Harry[/name_m]
[name_m]Bramwell[/name_m] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m]
@asherose I’m not necessarily looking for a longer name. Someone had just mentioned they would use [name_m]Abraham[/name_m] nn [name_m]Bram[/name_m] to avoid the initials BM. I was responding to that. I quite like [name_m]Bram[/name_m] all by itself, actually. But [name_m]Bramwell[/name_m] isn’t bad, either.
@care Yea, as I said above, I’m not worried about the initials. I’m sure he wouldn’t be the first person with those initials or the last. And initials often include the middle name too. Thanks for the input, though.
